Wayne Ethier is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). With a strong background in both psychiatry and nursing, his mission is to provide high-quality mental health care to his patients. Specializing in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health issues using a compassionate and evidence-based approach, Mr. Ethier offers therapeutic interventions such as medication management, psychotherapy and counseling. He also collaborates with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each patient. His goal is to educate patients and their families about mental health while providing them with the tools and coping strategies necessary for a healthier life. With extensive experience across various healthcare settings—including hospice care, rehabilitation, and outpatient services—Mr. Ethier is committed to delivering exceptional care to individuals of all ages. Whether working with low-income clients or those with complex medical needs,  he approaches each individual with empathy and sensitivity. He is passionate about making a difference in his patients' lives and look forward to supporting their journey to better mental health.

Natasha Feeney, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the same institution, in December 2025. Natasha approaches mental health care with empathy, respect, and a strong commitment to patient-centered treatment. Her goal is to create a collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to take an active role in their mental wellness. She combines clinical expertise with active listening and thoughtful medication management to support each client’s unique journey toward healing. With a focus on holistic care, Natasha addresses both the biological and emotional aspects of mental health, helping individuals better understand their symptoms and build lasting coping strategies. Whether managing mood disorders, anxiety, or more complex psychiatric conditions, Natasha is dedicated to guiding her clients toward stability, resilience, and an improved quality of life. She believes in meeting people where they are and walking beside them toward better mental health.

Joy Brown, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, client education, and supportive treatment for a broad range of mental health concerns. Joy has worked in community mental health, private psychiatric practice, urgent care, and crisis-support settings. Her experience includes providing care through both in-person and telehealth services, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other health professionals to support coordinated treatment. As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Joy considers each client’s emotional, behavioral, and overall health needs when developing an individualized treatment plan. She values listening carefully, helping clients understand their options, and creating a supportive environment where people feel respected, informed, and empowered throughout their care.
