Mr. Penney founded Calm Centers Counseling with the goal of making it easy for clients and their counselors to connect. With a wide array of clinical experience, Mr. Penney brings a positive and helpful vibe to all he encounters. He is licensed in Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, School Adjustment Counselor, Special Education Supervisor, and is a Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist. He holds a Masters Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Clinical Psychology.
